Hello! I’m Joelle Te Paske (she/her). With over a decade of experience in the art world and nonprofit sector, I specialize in guiding client partners through transformative organizational change. My strengths lie in building organizational capacity, strategic planning, advancing digital communications, fostering team collaboration, and advocating for equity and inclusion. I am currently a Director at CCS Fundraising, a leading global fundraising consulting and management firm.

I’m passionate about inspiring organizations to take risks and envision new futures. I believe that creativity—in writing, in visual art, in performance, and maybe most of all, in daily life—can help collectively imagine a more equitable and joyful world. I am a graduate of Harvard Divinity School, where as a Dean’s Fellow I wrote a master’s thesis on creative collaboration. I also hold a BA in a self-made major, “Art Practice as Political Play,” from NYU’s Gallatin School.

I am a queer woman and a Unitarian Universalist who centers curiosity and exploration in the way I live my life. I enjoy growing things, playing the cello, science fiction, and discovering new books and music.
